Instructions
- 1.Lie on your back with your arms out wide to the sides. Lift your legs and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle. This is your starting position.
- 2.Keeping your back flat on the floor, lower your knees to one side without touching them on the ground.
- 3.Lift your legs and return back to the starting position.
- 4.Repeat the action on the other side.
- 5.Repeat for as many repetitions as required.
Tips
- Variation: you can perform this exercise with straight legs to increase difficulty.
- Perform the reps very slowly, don't rush it!.

Breathe in during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe out during the cocentric (elevation) portion.
