Instructions

  1. 1.Lie on your back with your arms out wide to the sides. Lift your legs and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle. This is your starting position.
  2. 2.Keeping your back flat on the floor, lower your knees to one side without touching them on the ground.
  3. 3.Lift your legs and return back to the starting position.
  4. 4.Repeat the action on the other side.
  5. 5.Repeat for as many repetitions as required.

Tips

  • Variation: you can perform this exercise with straight legs to increase difficulty.
  • Perform the reps very slowly, don't rush it!.

Breathing Instructions

Breathe in during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe out during the cocentric (elevation) portion.
