Instructions

  1. 1.Sit on the floor with your legs bent and your upper body vertical. Hold an exercise ball with both hands in front you with your arms slightly bent. Lift your legs up off the floor, balancing your body on your glutes. This is your starting position.
  2. 2.Keeping your legs elevated, twist your torso moving the ball to the left and touching the floor with it.
  3. 3.Return to the starting position and perform the same movement on the right side.
  4. 4.Repeat for as many repetitions as required.

Tips

  • Perform the reps very slowly, don't rush it! Jerky movements can lead to back injury.

Breathing Instructions

Breathe in during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe out during the cocentric (elevation) portion.
