Instructions

  1. 1.Lie on the floor on your left side with your left forearm on the ground and right hand on your hip. Your body should be straight with your feet together. This is your starting position.
  2. 2.Lift your right leg up, wider than shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3.Bring your leg back down and repeat for as many repetitions/time as is required.
  4. 4.Repeat on the other side.

Tips

  • Keep your body straight and try not to let your body sag to the ground

Breathe in during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe out during the concentric (elevation) portion.
