Instructions
- 1.Kneel on the ground facing a high pulley cable machine, holding the rope attachment with both hands on either side of your neck.
- 2.Keeping your hips stationary, bend downwards, contracting your abs and driving your elbows towards your knees.
- 3.Pause the contraction for a moment at the bottom then slowly return to the starting position.
- 4.Repeat for as many repetitions as required.
Tips
- Try and keep a constant tension in your abs throughout the whole set.
- Always make sure there is tension in the cable through a repetition.
Breathing Instructions
Breathe out during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe in during the cocentric (elevation) portion.
